New York Angels members are entrepreneurs, CEOs, venture capitalists and business leaders who have founded, funded and built world-class companies. We come from a wide array of industry expertise and together create an extensive network of entrepreneurial support. We mentor and coach the entrepreneurs in whom we invest, serve on their boards, provide contacts and assist with team building, strategic planning and financing.
The mission of New York Angels is to foster an engaged and inclusive New York City angel investment ecosystem, enhancing the opportunities for entrepreneurs to secure tailored financing and strategic support through exit. The New York Angels member mission is to provide opportunities for its members to obtain outstanding financial returns by investing in early-stage companies and accelerating them to market leadership.
We lead fund-raising rounds ranging from $250,000–$2.0 million. We also have a vast network of angel groups and venture capital firms with which we syndicate transactions to raise seed rounds of up $2 million. New York Angels has been a leading early stage investment organization in NYC for over a decade, having invested over $100 million in more than 245 venture companies.
