While New York Angels takes a break from formal meetings and our newsletter in August, NYA Members remain highly active, evaluating opportunities, supporting portfolio companies, and building connections across the startup ecosystem.

JUNE INVESTMENT HIGHLIGHTS
Phase3D is pushing the boundaries of advanced additive manufacturing innovation with their Fringe Inspection technology, which gives manufacturers the ability to detect defects during production instead of after the fact. NYA Members invested in Phase3D because the team is addressing one of the sector’s biggest challenges: ensuring reliability at scale as industries increasingly rely on 3D printing for mission-critical applications across aerospace, defense, and industrial manufacturing. Ray Farrell and Ed Levine led the deal on behalf of New York Angels Members.
