Adam Broder is the Founder and President of The Broder Group, where he advises financial institutions, fintechs, private equity and venture capital firms on commercial strategy, market expansion and organizational transformation across US and non-US markets. The firm works closely with senior executives on go-to-market execution and capability buildout to drive scalable growth.
Adam has over 25 years of experience in global financial services. He spent the majority of his career at Goldman Sachs, where he held senior leadership roles across the Investment Management division, including Chief Operating Officer of Asset Management in EMEA and Chief Executive Officer of Asset Management in India. He later served as Managing Director at Och-Ziff Capital Management, where he helped drive global expansion and increase assets under management from $29 billion to $47 billion, and as Managing Director and a Global Head of Distribution at PGIM.
