I’m the managing director of ArgoPond, a life sciences corporate advisory practice focused on governance, dilutive and nondilutive capital, and investment due diligence. My background includes two decades as an NIH-funded physician-scientist at the University of Michigan, exiting academia to launch my first venture-backed life science start-up, serving as restructuring CEO for a commercial-stage life sciences enterprise, and directing early-stage fund deployment for the University City Science Center portfolio in Philadelphia.
