Lee Einbinder

Lee has extensive experience as an M&A and capital markets advisor in all areas of financial services and FinTech. Lee spent most of his professional life as an investment banker for firms including DLJ, Salomon Brothers, CS First Boston, and over 20 years at Lehman Brothers and Barclays, where he led the Financial Institutions Group. After retiring from investment banking in 2019, Lee was the CEO of several SPACs focused primarily on financial technology. He is an active investor with angel groups and other private market opportunities. Lee also has public company Board experience, including chairing the audit committee.
Lee received a BSE from Princeton University and an MBA from the Wharton School.
