Buoy
New York Angels individual members invested for the first time in Buoy's seed round. CAPILLARY BIOMEDICAL
New York Angels individual investors first invested in Capillary Biomedical in 2018. NYA investors admired CapBio's goal to create a vast Quality of Life improvement for patients on an insulin pump by an infusion set requiring far fewer replacements for diabetic patients than the current 2-3 day standard. Four years later, Capillary Biomedical has been acquired by Tandem Diabetes Care, a global insulin delivery and diabetes technology company. Read More

RekTGlobal has now been acquired by Infinite Reality for $470 million.
