With $2.6 million invested across seven exciting companies, New York Angels Members had a summer packed with exciting portfolio news. In addition to the business wins, New York Angels Members connected on several social occasions in the city and The Hamptons.

JULY & AUGUST INVESTMENT HIGHLIGHTS
AIQ Solutions helps oncologists optimize therapy for patients with late-stage cancer. The 2025 CancerX Accelerator Showcase recently recognized AIQ for its groundbreaking work in expanding clinical trial access and accelerating research across both large cancer centers and community hospitals. Rob Hedlund led this new deal for NYA Members.
CorralData is a full-service, AI-powered analytics platform that allows businesses to connect, analyze, and collaborate on their company data. This is the third investment for CorralData from New York Angels Members since June 2023. Ed Levine and Endri Tolka were the deal leads for the follow-on round.
New York Angels Members have made another investment in Enertiv as the company continues to help building owners minimize their carbon footprint. Recently named one of the top 10 New York Greentechs to Watch in 2025 by Netguru, Enertiv has demonstrated significant savings for industrial sites. Over the years, NYA has developed a strong working relationship with Connell McGill, Enertiv's CEO and founder. Tom Hirschfeld and Glen Lewy finalized the investment amongst NYA Members.
EdgeX offers a complete system for environmental monitoring and indoor asset tracking that can be easily installed and deployed within a day with no IT resources required and no upfront capital expenditure. Their proprietary enterprise tracking is easier, more efficient, and cheaper. James Dooley and Tom Hirschfeld represented NYA as deal leads.
ProSentry offers comprehensive building monitoring services for water leaks, gas leaks, and other mechanical and environmental issues. With the company's deep industry knowledge and cutting-edge technology, ProSentry has experienced tremendous growth and customer adoption over the past 18 months. Deal leads Benny Lorenzo, Brian Silver, and Tom Hirschfeld showed ProSentry continued support by leading New York Angels Members to make another significant investment in the company.
Seekeasy is an AI-powered social media search platform that is redefining how people find information with speed, precision, and simplicity. Seekeasy uses large language models to help people find what to do, where to go and what to buy. The platform has transformed the search experience by creating search results that are uniquely visual, personal, and on trend. In this new investment for NYA, Bruce Hack and Sukriti Chadha led the deal.
SkyfireAI offers a turnkey “drone-as-a-service (DaaS)” platform to provide real-time, high-resolution aerial imagery for more informed decision making across public safety, military, and critical infrastructure sectors. SkyfireAI was one of five finalists invited to participate in this year's cohort of GENIUS NY, which is the world’s largest accelerator for drones, robotics, and uncrewed systems. Alyssa Tam, Derrick Choi, and Robert Peck led this deal for NYA.
FOUNDER SPOTLIGHT
Richard Bennett is the CEO and Co-Founder of Epicured and has successfully gained investments from 20 NYA Members. Richard first met NYA 15 years prior to founding Epicured and has continued to build his relationship ever since. Richard shares how NYA was the perfect fit for Epicured, how he’s built one-on-one relationships with NYA Members, and the little-known secret that he is the primary food-photographer for the company.
